TAKING BACK CONTROL

TEMPTATION - PUTTING OURSELVES IN THE LINE OF FIRE
I removed all those items in the house that are not on my diet. I purged all those tempting things that I should stay away from for now. Some say you should learn portion control. If that worked, no one would be overweight

Psychology Review say that we over estimate our ability to control our impulsive behavior for tempting food, (chocolate) bad habits (smoking), distructive old relationships You have a better chance of success if you stay away then put yourself in the line of fire.
If you dont live alone, its difficult, to stay focused, which is why I am of the opinion that
IF I AM ON A DIET, YOU ARE ON A DIET. ME FIRST THEN YOU.
Fellow roomies should be supportive and you are not killing them, They need to improve their diet, too.

A formerly person in my life would the minute I went on a diet and was losing weight successfully, would go out and buy gallons of ice cream , pizza, start cooking my favorite foods. I asked him WHY he was doing that and he responded IF YOU ARE FAT, NOBODY WILL WANT YOU. Nice.

Watch out for the sabatogers.

1200 CALORIES

DIET THOUGHT OF THE DAY

IMAGINE YOUR FUTURE POSITIVE SELF.

EAT CONSCIOUSLY


I like the idea of 1200 calories and more exercise. There is no magical carb weight loss which you can only stay on for oh so long. How many of us can never have bread. South Beach and Atkins works as long as you stay on it and when you are off, you gain the weight back, and now crave all the fatty foods. I like the idea of keeping my diet in my conscious mind.

1200 calories means that if you eat a little more one day, you can start over the next or cut back. Portion control. Retraining your mind, to what is an acceptable amount of food. It doesnt take long before you figure out string beans are less than pizza and if you dont want to be hungry, the beans are the way to go.

DIET THOUGHTS OF THE DAY

I have been practicing telling myself no.

Day 1

After consulutation with diet guru Roseann, she has convinced me that her diet is the best. Eat carbs, fat, whatever, just as long as you eat 1200 or less calories per day. Im preparing my self for hunger.


I need to find my calorie counting book from 1970 Hmmm.

THE DIET

THE RB DIET CONSIST OF THIS
EAT WHAT YOU WANT AS LONG AS YOU EAT 1200 CALORIES AND WALK AT LEAST 1 MILE PER DAY. SOUNDS SIMPLE
